Anticipatory grief refers to the feelings and emotions you have before a death or loss (of any kind) occurs. It is commonly experienced when there is a terminal diagnosis or when we know a death is likely. In this education session facilitated by BFO, you will learn more about what anticipatory grief is, as well as strategies for taking care of yourself and others
