Forest Heights Library officially opened its doors in July of 1976, and has been serving area residents for over 40 years.

The library is situated in a complex made up of Forest Heights Collegiate and the Forest Heights Pool. Fischer Park - complete with tennis courts, a soccer field and a skatepark - adds to the vibrancy of the library’s immediate surroundings.

We are conveniently located near facilities such as the Highland Hills Mall, the Forest Heights Community Centre and Fire Station, and Bankside Terrace Retirement Home. Forest Heights Community Association and Victoria Hills Neighbourhood Association are active in the surrounding area.

There is a high level of support in the community, and we invite customers of all ages use the library to meet both their information and recreation needs.

Forest Heights Library is home to many creative and digital maker tools, as well as photo and video scanning and conversion equipment.
