In partnership with the Black Parent Council of Kitchener Waterloo, KPL Winter Festival presents : I am me! I love me! 

We are all made up of different parts that make us who we are. The colour of out skin, the gender we express, how we move, who we love, what we think and so much more, when we put these things together, we make ourselves whole. 

How we see ourselves is so much more important than how other people see us, and it is only through fully accepting who we are that we can learn to truly love ourselves and others. 

Come join this hour program where youth and their families will connect and learn the beauty and joy of loving oneself. With the help of the Black Parent Council of Kitchener Waterloo we will read stories about self love, connection with each other and create validating self-portraits that will inspire and encourage self-esteem.
