Adults ages 50+ are invited for a free morning of social time, learning and fitness. We are partnering with our friends at the Doon Pioneer Park Community Centre and Doon Pioneer Park Community Association (DPPCA) to bring to you an enjoyable Tuesday morning every month. We’ll meet at the library to connect, socialize and maybe even learn something new or crafty – before the library presentation, you can head over to the Doon Pioneer Park Community Centre for a free DPPCA Gentle Yoga class! You must be registered for the Active Adults program to receive a free pass to the Gentle Yoga class and passes are on a first-come, first-served basis - simply check-in at the Library Desk before Gentle Yoga at 9:30 am to receive your free pass for that morning's Gentle Yoga. Please note that first name and last initial of registrants attending Gentle Yoga will be shared with the Gentle Yoga instructor as well. Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one available.
