Adults ages 50+ are invited for a free afternoon of learning and fitness.

Join Melanie Thomas in her talk on eating for energy and longevity. - Due to presenter illness we will be substituting a Fun & Games program.

Refreshments / Social Time 12:30 pm - 1:00 pm
Presentation   1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Aquafit Class 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm (provided by Forest Heights Community Pool)
