Adults ages 50+ are invited for a free morning of social time, learning and fitness. We are partnering with our friends at Lyle Hallman Pool to bring to you an enjoyable Thursday morning every month. We’ll meet at the library to connect, socialize and maybe even learn something new or crafty – afterwards head over to Lyle Hallman pool for a free Aquafit class!

Swedish Death Cleaning? Sounds horrible! What is it, and why do I want to do it?

It’s actually a very interesting concept that can help you to live this next season of your life as one of your very best! You’ll learn about how your possessions can not only interfere with living your best life, but how they can also stand in the way of leaving your best legacy. In addition to speaking about how to reframe your relationship with your material ‘stuff’, they will also talk about how to navigate your relationships with your kids when it comes to wanting them to have your cherished possessions. 

Bethany Mazereeuw will be on hand to explain how it works, and why you might want to give it a try. She owns Senior's Move with her husband, and they specialize in helping people rightsize and relocate. Senior's Move is a premium moving service that will help you rightsize, then pack everything up, broker the move, and unpack it and set up everything in your new home. Through empathy and compassion as well as our professional skills, our mission is to provide a high level of care for our clients through the process of rightsizing and relocating.
