This week we are partnering with Templ Yoga for a virtual HIIT workout.
Join us for a LIVE 30 minute HIIT full body workout that focuses on functional movements and technical training. In this 30 minute circuit, our Trainer Steven will challenge you through one of our Strength x Cardio express classes from the comfort of your own home using just 2 weights. No weights? No problem! Substitute the weights with other household items such as 2 laundry detergents, paint cans, soup cans, water bottles, or other!
This virtual program will take place via Zoom. Zoom is a video conferencing tool that allows people to meet together online. You can use Zoom on a desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile device. Learn more here.
