Total Canadian entrepreneurship activity has expanded in 2004 for the first time in 3the Global Entreprene three years according to the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor. More than half of Calist of materials ava Canadians are confident they have the skills necessary to launch a profitable business. However, the same report states, the biggest obstacle to growth in
