Internet Access
The Forest Heights Community Library offers access to the Internet on a number of workstations. These computers are loaded with Microsoft Office programs and can print either in black and white or color (there is a fee associated with printing).
If you are new to using the Internet and would like to learn about the basics of searching we can arrange a one-on-one instructional session with one of our trained Internet Volunteers.
To find out more information, to book time to use a computer or to request an instructional session please call 519-743-0644.
Free Wi-Fi Hotspot
Due to a generous grant from the Ontario Ministry of Culture, the Kitchener Public Library is able to provide free wireless access to the Internet at the Forest Heights Community Library location.
Please note that a wireless hotspot is not a secured network environment. Keep this in mind if you are accessing confidential personal or business information.
Printing is not available through the wireless network.
It is the responsibility of the library customer to configure his/her laptop to access the wireless service.

Access to the internet
is partially funded by Industry Canada and
the Community Access Program.
