KPL's YA Services is just for teens!

All branches of the Kitchener Public Library have a special area and collection dedicated to teens! There are magazines, books, music, videos, DVD's and lots more...

Magazines - We've got all the cool titles you're looking for: Cosmo Girl, Car and Driver, MAD, Teen People ... the list goes on.

Music - The latest and the hottest acts on CD and tape (but mostley CD). We go shopping every couple of months and purchase all the latest...Avril Lavigne, Shaggy, Britney Spears, Eminem, etc. CDs can be signed out for 3 weeks if you have a library card or, if not, there is a listening centre right in the YA area for you.

Books - Action, Romance, Horror, Fantasy, Sci-Fi, Graphic Novels, plus all the newest series. We're a library, what do you expect! Need help choosing a book? Ask the YA Services Librarian for a suggestion or check out the newest arrivals.

Videos and DVDs - Our collection of videos and DVD's keeps getting bigger and better. Come on in and check it out!

Teen Tracks - Here at the main library we have a listening centre so that you can hear your favorite CD's while you browse through a magazine or hang out with your friends.
