Express Collections

 

The Express collections give every Kitchener Public Library cardholder a chance to find a current bestseller, or popular film, on the shelf even though it is in high demand and may have a lengthy reserve list.

 

This service offers our customers short loan periods on high demand, best-selling fiction or popular films. Collections are located at all KPL branches.

 

The Express Collections are supplemental collections that are divided into two categories. Express Reads (books) can be checked out for up to seven days. Express Views (DVDs) can be checked out for up to three days.

 

Express collection copies are "catch as catch can" and cannot be reserved or renewed.

 

We do have additional copies of these titles that can be reserved and checked out for a regular loan period of three weeks.
