You will need your library card and the barcodes of the items you wish to renew.

Please listen to the welcome then press,
1 to access your record

You will be asked to enter the barcode number from your library card followed by the # (number) sign.

CHOOSE:

1 to renew items
2 to hear a list of titles checked out
3 to hear a list of holds
4 for outstanding charges on your record

RENEWAL: The system will ask if you wish to renew all or selected items (by entering the last 4 digits of the barcode).

The system confirms your renewal by reading the item barcode and due date. To hear a list of titles and their due dates, return to the main menu by pressing * and choose option 2.
**Some items may not be renewed.** Please listen for the due dates on all items.
