
A PIN is a Personal Identification Number that only you, the borrower, can assign. You need a PIN to view your own library account or to place a hold over the Internet. . Do not give out your PIN, as doing so may permit access to information on your library account

If you have never had a PIN before, you can create one for yourself.
Please remember your PIN as you will need it to view your record or to request items to be placed on hold for you.
If you wish to change your PIN, go to View Your Record, enter your name, library card number, and your current PIN, and click on the display button. The next screen will give you the option to Modify your PIN.
If you cannot remember your PIN, we will need to cancel it before you can create a new one. Please contact any branch library to have a staff person delete your PIN.
